Isobar CEO Joins IPG Mediabrands’ Reprise As New Boss

IPG Mediabrands Australia has announced the appointment of Dr Grace Liu as the incoming CEO of its digital experience agency, Reprise.

Liu (pictured above) will take over the leadership of Reprise following the departure of Ale Vendramin in December last year.

Liu was most recently the CEO at Isobar China, and will join Reprise at a date to be fixed in the near future. Prior to Isobar, she was the CEO of Kantar TNS China.

IPG Mediabrands Australia CEO Danny Bass said Liu’s appointment represents a step-change in digital leadership and vision for the Reprise business, its clients and the broader Mediabrands group.

“She has some of the strongest credentials I have seen as a driver of engagement across digital channels, and her skills will further energise our very successful Reprise business,” he said.

Commenting on her appointment, Liu said: “Mediabrands Australia has been through a massive transition in 2017. In meeting with the group’s senior management, I have been so impressed by the focus on how client success is implemented and measured.

“It’s an impressive operation and I am so keen to get started with the Reprise team. Watch this space.”
