Ex-NAB Marketing Chief Andrew Knott Resurfaces Overseas

National Australia Bank’s former chief marketing officer, Andrew Knott, has been named as the first-ever chief media officer at JPMorgan Chase.

In his new role, Knott will handle the US investment bank’s paid, owned and earned media. He will report to JPMorgan Chase CMO Kirstin Lemkau.

Knott left NAB in July after a two-and-a-half-year stint as the major bank’s CMO. Prior to that, he was the vice president of media and digital at McDonald’s across the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.

He was also once the chief digital officer at Havas Worldwide, as well as the CMO and vice president of marketing at Salesforce, and spent more than 10 years at Ogilvy.
