Eagle Boys Launches ‘Stores Of The Future’
Eagle Boys is raising the bar on innovation in the pizza industry, launching a new concept store offering customers a contemporary experience, to reflect changing customer-experience trends.
The new look and feel stores of the future concept has been implemented after extensive research and development by Eagle Boys to understand varying customer preferences and behaviours. The stores of the future also offers a very competitive option for the next wave of franchisees looking to either enter the $159 billion industry or expand their franchise portfolios.
Complementing the Eagle Boys brand contemporary refresh launched in November last year, the stores of the future are styled using innovative design aspects, including exposed brickwork and recycled timber, and are unique to the Australian pizza and fast food market in what is now a highly competitive industry.
Over the past three months four existing stores and a new greenfield site have implemented the new concept store including Kempsey, Taree, Beerwah and Rockhampton.
Feedback from patrons at Eagle Boys Beerwah on the Sunshine Coast which is already up and running is very positive and rewarding according to franchisee Wendy Dobbie.
“Our customers are telling us that they love the new concept because it is trendy and modern and provides our local customers with a different experience to what they are used to,” said Dobbie.
Eagle Boys general manager of retail Nick Vincent said creating value and appeal for local customers was central to the company’s business strategy and that the new look stores were an exciting part of the plan to expand the company’s reach in Australia, providing opportunities for a new wave of franchisees and existing franchisees.
“Despite increasingly intense competition in the pizza industry, Eagle Boys has remained steadily focused on innovation, research and development for our strong and loyal customer base,” he said.
“The stores of the future is an exciting expansion for us with a modern customer experience across Australia, with a contemporary look and fresh appeal.
“This innovative model is enabling us to expand into new territories and underpin new franchise opportunities as part of our overall business growth plans.”
Eagle Boys will open stores of the future in Adelaide, regional South Australia and Western Australia, and Darwin, Albury, Wodonga, Wagga Wagga, Orange, Lismore, Port Macquarie and Goulburn.
Operating for more than 27 years Eagle Boys is a well-recognised and loved Australian owned and operated brand with one of the largest networks of stores in the country.
The new stores of the future will provide modern pizza outlets in local communities across Australia. A modern, sleek exterior will perfectly complement the chic, ambient interior. Brick texture panels and walls, white signwriting on black chalkboards, timber framed mirrors, pendant lighting and recycled timber benches all add to the new look of the stores of the future.
