Melbourne brand engagement agency Dig+Fish has announced two new appointments to its senior management team, kicking open a fresh chapter for the burgeoning business.

Rowena Fitzgerald and Sarah Gibbins-Paley have both joined the team in the newly created position of group client manager, and will be responsible for overseeing client relations for all areas of the business including brand experience, production, brand activation, marketing strategy, public relations and digital communications.

Fitzgerald, an experienced marketing and communications strategist joins the agency after five years at globally renowned online luxury travel service Mr & Mrs Smith, where she was most recently head of marketing and then general manager.

Gibbins-Paley has just returned to Melbourne following a nine-year stint in the US where she worked for leading experiential agency Mirrorball in NYC with clients such as Dos Equis, Amstel, Heineken, Perrier and Harley Davidson, as well as advertising agency Callahan Creek in Kansas City.

Dig+Fish managing director Angie Bradbury said the new appointments reflected the growing reputation of the business.

“Rowena and Sarah bring a wealth of skills and experience to Dig+Fish. Since the merger in 2013, our agency has delivered outstanding work for some of the world’s leading brands gaining an enviable reputation for our creative strategies and impeccable execution across every project,” she said.

“We are thrilled to be able to attract talent like Sarah and Rowena to Dig+Fish, proof of our growing reputation as one of the most dynamic and creative marketing agencies in the country.

“We’re also looking forward to announcing some exciting new additions to our client list during 2016 that will further cement our position,” he said.
