Dentsu Aegis Network has appointed Rebecca Tos to the newly created role of chief marketing officer for the group across ANZ and promoted her to CEO of digital performance marketing agency Columbus.
The joint roles will see Rebecca retain her leadership of Columbus, which she joined as managing director in November 2012 whilst extending her remit to focus on marketing initiatives for the DAN group. She takes on the roles on her return from maternity leave.

“Over her 3.5 years with Columbus, Rebecca has built a strong and successful team with a terrific culture and grown the business significantly. This includes driving the launch of Columbus into Asia and establishing it as a key brand for DAN in the region.
“As chief marketing officer of DAN ANZ, Bec will work closely with myself and DAN’s executive leadership team, of which she is part of, to drive key local and global DAN marketing initiatives. It’s good to bring Bec back from her maternity leave into a new opportunity and I know she’ll excel in her dual roles.”
