Launch marketing agency Five by Five has announced the appointment of Craig Bailey (above, left in photo) as a shareholding creative partner.

Bailey will be responsible driving the agency’s creative offering across key launch communication channels, including TV, out-of-home, digital, social media, PR, and experiential.

Following a successful spell at BMF, Bailey was creative director at Pusher for four years, winning a range of clients including Lorna Jane, Google Creative Labs, Goodman Fielder, Brisbane Heat, Nature’s Own, and GSK/Panadol.

Having most recently been the creative partner at DDB/TRACK, he led customer experience, digital and direct marketing for McDonald’s, Westpac, BT and VW.

Bailey joins Five by Five’s Sydney leadership team alongside client director Larissa Rembisz (above, centre in photo) and managing director Matt Lawton (above, right in photo).

Lawton said he was thrilled to have someone of Craig’s calibre join the agency.

“His well-rounded experience, award-winning pedigree and proven new business snaring history bodes well for the Australian arm of our network,” he said.

“He’s a great believer in the integration of marketing disciplines, and that fits perfectly with the way we plan and execute launch campaigns across digital and traditional channels.”

Commenting on his appointment, Bailey said: “I’ve been impressed with the Five by Five approach and their values as an agency challenging the established elite.

“My fellow creative leaders in LA and London fit that bill of ambition and genuine passion for craft and innovation.

“The opportunity to collaborate across the offices on a mix of international clients, as well as our local accounts, was too good to pass up. The existing client list in Sydney already includes a lot of brave challenger brands, and I’m pumped to be leading the growth of the agency and its creative reputation.”
