Nelson joined Precinct four years ago and has worked across the business in various capacities including head of production, event business unit head, and most recently as director of operations.

She brings more than 14 years’ international experience to the role across a number of market sectors. She has launched cars in Melbourne, pharmaceuticals in Beijing, corporate values in England, leadership messaging in Rio and cloud strategy in Sydney. Her nomadic career has circled the globe and been enriched by time spent with some of the world’s leading event and communications agencies and people.

“Jaime is an incredibly talented executive with enviable experiences across Australian and international markets. She is an enthusiastic, motivated and versatile leader with a wonderful sense of humour that is warmly embraced by clients and employees alike. Her appointment to the role of managing director is a natural progression for her and we are delighted she has accepted the challenge,” said Matthew Melhuish, chief executive officer of Enero Group Limited.

“In her most recent role as director of operations, Jaime helped the agency to navigate change and lay the foundations for future success,” he continues. “I would also like to acknowledge and thank Julie Burke for her tremendous commitment and contribution to Precinct over the last three years and we wish her every success in the future.”

Nelson is excited by the future prospects for the company:. She said: “In the time I have been with Precinct, it has grown from strength to strength. To be appointed to lead such a talented team of individuals is a privilege and I relish the opportunity to help build the company into the most respected and successful B2B creative communications agency in Australia.”
