Melbourne-based communications agency, Civic Reputation, strategically builds on its multi- disciplined team with the appointment of two new senior consultants, a digital, design and social media specialist and an account executive.

Civic reputation director, Chris Newman, said the new hires add a steady synergy to the agency’s breadth of clients and will shore up growth opportunities, as the agency continues to cultivate and expand its client roster.

“The past year has been an exceptionally busy one for Civic Reputation; the team have been the driving force behind some major integrated campaigns for sectors as diverse as government, defence, property, infrastructure, manufacturing, through to FMCG and tech,” Newman said.

“I am extremely excited about enhancing and expanding Civic Reputation’s already formidable roster of clients as more and more companies look to agencies with strong, experienced counsel to deliver highly strategic integrated campaigns.”

The four new hires are:

Nathan Moir as senior account director brings 12 years’ experience across both agency and government roles, adding a highly strategic and integrated lens across our portfolio of clients.

Steve Gunzburg joins Civic Reputation as a senior account manager, elevating the team’s in-house property capability as well as offering best-in-class advisory services, strategy and insights across a range of industries.

James Hooper brings an enviable skill set, appointed to grow the agency’s digital and design offering which encompasses the entire creative spectrum of digital, design, social and print media.

Account executive, Madison West, joins Civic Reputation from Brisbane where she performed roles in influencer strategy and campaign management.

Founded in 2015, Civic Reputation is part of The Civic Group – a diversified communications group also encompassing creative and government relations offerings.
