Brisbane Comms Agency Elevate Celebrates 10 Years

Brisbane-based strategic communication agency, Elevate Communication (Elevate) is celebrating its tenth anniversary and giving back to the community with a campaign that will see the agency undertake 10 good deeds to celebrate 10 good years in business this month.

Elevate has renewed dedication to connect with the community that has helped them get to where they are now.

Established in December 2007 by Mel Deacon, Elevate has grown to become one of the most successful, independent communication agencies in Queensland.

2017 has been a huge year for the agency, with a raft of new business wins, increased capabilities with the appointment of key staff and to top it off, recently won the PR industry’s most prestigious award – The 2017 PRIA Australian Small Consultancy of the Year.

“During the past decade we have worked with some amazing clients who allowed us to help grow their business through strategic communication, which in-turn allowed us to grow our team and agency service offerings,” Deacon said.

“As a team, we decided the best way to celebrate our anniversary was to give back to the community who supported us, whether they have been a client or participated in our campaigns as a consumer.

“We are delighted to offer 10 good deeds during the month of December and encourage any not-for-profits, charity groups or community organisations in need of a helping hand to contact the Elevate team to discuss how we can assist.”

Some activities already planned for the month include supporting Queensland Meals on Wheels’ Queensland Gives Christmas Appeal, local Brisbane community group Logan Together and donating blood through the Red Cross.

Deacon said she is excited to celebrate the 10-year milestone and is looking forward to continuing to build the agency in the year ahead. “We have worked hard to build an agency with a strong set of values focused on delivering exceptional work for every client and set the benchmark for the industry,” Ms Deacon said.

“The strategic vision we set in place many years ago has truly come to life and we are now about to enter the next phase of our strategy which will see the continued growth of the agency and expansion across a variety of sectors and service offerings.”
