B&T is super excited about the launch of its very own bootcamp, and we want to see you there! What’s in store? Keep reading.

Presented by APN Outdoor and MediaCom, B&T Bootcamp will be a day filled with mentoring and masterclasses that will have attendees walking away better, smarter and ready to be more successful than ever.

There’ll be some amazing masterclass speakers and some inspiring mentors – making this a day an unmissable event for anyone who wants to improve themselves in the Australian communication industry.

Whilst businesses usually invest heavily in functional training for their staff, the same can often not be said for teaching emotional skills – the ones that retain and win business. These are skills relating to emotions like purpose, negotiation and resilience, and they are too often neglected.

B&T Bootcamp will combine the best parts of our Women in Media Forum and Towards 2030 for a day filled with speed mentoring, self-awareness and emotional intelligence masterclasses.

These bootcamp masterclasses will cover purpose, values and negotiation, by Culture Zone director Kate Chaffer, MediaCom Global Executive Creative Director Gemma Hunter and eccentric business scientist Allan Parker. How could you miss that?!

Attendees will leave the event with newly-developed self-awareness and mindsets after learning from the   educational masterclass speakers and experienced mentors, almost all of which have already been announced!

Here are six of the eight mentors for the B&T Bootcamp that have been revealed:

  • Charmaine Moldrich, CEO of the Outdoor Media Association and MOVE
  • Anthony Xydis, Chief Marketing Officer at Australian Radio Network
  • Willie Pang, Chief Operating Officer of MediaCom
  • Nitsa Lotus, Managing Director of TBWA\Sydney
  • Ben Welsh, Chief Creative Officer at DDB Sydney
  • Sharon Schoenborn, Director of Small, Medium and Corporate Business at Microsoft Australia

If those killer speakers weren’t enough to get you excited (but they should be), there will also be loads of opportunities to network with the industry’s best and brightest.

Are you ready to propel your career? Grab tickets right here.

The event will take place on Tuesday 20 March at The Portside Centre in Sydney.

For any and all other information on the event, head to the B&T Bootcamp website.
