VML and ASB Bank joined forces to reimagine ASB’s digital product and service offerings through a new mobile-first customer experience – designing and engineering an all-new ASB website built on Adobe Experience Manager.
ASB undertook the digital transformation project to accommodate emerging device preferences and deliver on the digital experience expectations of today’s customers while leveraging the benefits provided by advanced real-time data and personalisation capabilities.
Over the past 18 months, VML and ASB have been working to deploy fully reimagined sections of the site experience. These sections are already delivering significant uplifts for key success metrics and business drivers for the bank.
Following the final release of a search focused and personalised home page to tie the work together, the site will arguably be one of the most innovative banking website experiences in the world to date.
