The 39th AWARD Awards Launch With Multiple New Categories

The 39th Australasian Writers and Art Directors Association (AWARD) Awards today opens for entries and announces multiple new sub-categories.

New categories are included in Craft in Advertising – Film, Print, Poster & Outdoor, Public Relations, Radio, Direct Marketing, Digital and Branded Entertainment and Content.

Early bird discount of 10% ends on Monday 16th October, with all entries closing on Friday 1st December.

Late entries will be accepted up until Monday 11th December, though a late fee will apply.

This year’s creative campaign ‘Count Yourself Lucky’ was completed by last year’s Agency of the Year winner Clemenger BBDO Melbourne and celebrates the prestigious nature of winning a pencil at the AWARD Awards.

AWARD Chair Mike Spirkovski said, “Agencies go to great lengths to make Award worthy work and despite their efforts most end up empty handed. The degree of difficulty in winning is what makes AWARD so special and I love how Clemenger BBDO Melbourne has captured this with a very simple and insightful idea in this year’s Call for Entries campaign”

AWARD has also launched a new and improved call for entries system that will enhance the entry process for entrants.

Australia’s preeminent awards ceremony recognising the finest creative minds from Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia AWARD will be accepting work completed within the eligibility period of 1st January 2017 – 31st December 2017.
