Leading global creative agency looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to transform web and social data into strategic insights for clients.
Searching for a Senior Data/Media/Marketing Analyst to be part of the Marketing Sciences team at a leading global creative agency.
You will offer comprehensive digital platform, web and social analysis transformed into strategic marketing and business solutions for major international clients and brands.
You will have a very good understanding of how to capture, analyse, and most importantly, use data smartly to achieve marketing success.
Using a blend of scientific methods and creative thinking, your main responsibilities will include:
•Analysing the results of company led initiatives across several channels, including display, media, social, mobile, and video to inform both internal and client teams. Specific focus to be given to web analytics and optimisation.
•Helping your clients make decisions through data-driven hypothesis, insights, conclusions and actionable recommendations
•Driving a strong acumen for your clients business, competitive and industry environment
•Creating dashboards, reports and presentations that clearly synthesise learnings and communicate opportunities to clients
•Inspiring and mentoring your colleagues with data-driven ideas from social listening, site analytics, syndicated research, etc
•Managing projects independently, taking ownership of your deliverables with little guidance and push to turn recommendations into mini projects
•Building and owning relationships with key clients and across agency-wide cross-functional teams
•Utilizing core metric tools such as Omniture, Adobe and Google Analytics, DBM and Social Insights tools (Hootsuite, Radian, etc) resulting in technical expertise
•3-5+ years of experience minimum in a data analytics – media, creative, or marketing related role, preferably from an agency background
•Super strong analytical skills
•Proactive and resourceful problem solver
•Excellent written, presentation, client-facing, and oral communication skills
•Comfortable working autonomously, prioritising and managing time and multi-tasking
•Good experience with at least two of the following: social listening, social analytics, web analytics, digital media analytics (display, paid search, video), SEO, tag management
•Very familiar user of Google Analytics Premium
•A Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, or marketing ideal
