Marketing Executive

Reporting to the Campaign Manager, this is a key support role that is responsible for implementing campaigns to drive member engagement. The focus of this role is on increasing the number of existing members engaged with the CPA Australia brand, getting maximum value from their membership status and creating brand advocacy for the next generation of CPAs.

The Role

Reporting to the Campaign Manager, this is a key support role that is responsible for implementing campaigns to drive member engagement. The focus of this role is on increasing the number of existing members engaged with the CPA Australia brand, getting maximum value from their membership status and creating brand advocacy for the next generation of CPAs.

This is a 12 months, fixed term opportunity covering a Maternity leave. 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the development and delivery of a 12-month integrated marketing plan
  • The coordination and delivery of CPA Australia’s marketing activities and initiatives, primarily to existing CPA & FCPA members
  • Developing and implementing marketing communication plans and projects
  • Working with external partners to produce campaign analysis and reports to ensure improvements & enhancements to projects are identified and applied

This role will work closely with the Education and Member Experience business units, leveraging their knowledge to successfully deliver integrated marketing solutions.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Proven work experience in marketing with knowledge of marketing planning, direct marketing and project management experience
  • Strong digital campaign experience
  • Ability to work cross functionally & influence stakeholders across a range of functions
  • Business IT literacy
  • Excellent communications skills in both written and oral communications
  • Collaborative working style
