A unique role as Communications Manager within the Property industry will allow you to set the direction and tone of marketing content for a highly successful organisation and would suit an experienced marketer, advertiser or PR professional with experience devising strategy and building content that can nurture leads and improve conversion.
Working closely with the Digital team you will be responsible for B2B and B2C content across the corporate website, build the company lead nurturing strategy as well as campaign specific communication across digital, direct and social channels. You will help build the customer proposition for the business and liaise with internal stakeholders on the optimal use of content.
You possess excellent written communications skills and a background in Communications/Marketing so can apply commercial acumen to your work and understand the need to test, analyse and optimise to improve customer conversion. You have a strong understanding of digital and social media and understand the content requirements for these channels. You can work confidently and collaboratively with internal teams and senior stakeholders across the business to add value and drive customer conversion through compelling content marketing.
