About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual with excellent communication skills and creative flair to assist with a varied portfolio of clients and their digital activities. This includes account management, content writing, handling social media accounts, report writing and assisting the Account Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Support the AM in providing digital and social campaigns across a large range of clients.
  • Support the AM in providing analysis, key insights and recommendations to optimise campaign performance.
  • Create engaging, valuable written content across social channels.
  • Support the development of creative and innovative ideas for ongoing campaigns.
  • Help plan the organic and paid social calendars by day/week/month, ensuring that the all content (assets and copy) adhere to the global brand guidelines and TOV.
  • Schedule Facebook ads and organic posts as per the content calendar.
  • Actively engage in social media conversations, respond to customer comments and messages in an engaging, creative and friendly manner.
  • Ability to extract insights and data from Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics and other social reporting tools to track, optimise and report on the success of social media activity from a campaign and organic level.
  • Day to day communications with the client

Core Requirements:

  • Understanding of core social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Experience in content creation and copywriting.
  • Ability to adapt writing styles across multiple platforms and clients.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage personal workload and great time-management skills.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Great communication skills.
  • A love of marketing and digital!
  • Drive to produce the best digital work .
