CX Strategy leadership opportunity with a specialist Melbourne agency. In this role you’ll work closely with a suite of blue-chip clients to develop CX Strategies across both CRM and Digital platforms. You will also leverage customer data and analytics and the role content plays across the customer journey. With a sound understanding of customer lifecycle marketing you’ll know how to finely hone segmentation strategies, map customer lifecycles and measure and monitor campaign effectiveness. You’ll have a sound understanding of marketing technology and can apply the latest technology and analytical tools, and be very familiar with Marketing Automation platforms. Most importantly you’ll be able to translate these strategies into compelling and perceptive creative briefs, and be passionate about helping drive outstanding creative outcomes. You are also commercially minded and enjoy building client relationships, nurturing opportunities with existing business as well as working across new business opportunities with the agency leadership team. Your background may include a corporate, consultancy or agency background but you must be able to work within a fast-paced agency environment and value strong creative outcomes. This is a well respected, award winning agency with resources across Melbourne and Sydney so some travel may be involved.
