You’ll use A/B testing techniques, marketing automation platforms and sophisticated segmentation modelling to ensure robust, campaignable strategies which drive retention and growth.
With at least five years’ experience working in CRM strategy, you’ll have an innately curious and questioning approach. A background in a creative agency environment is preferred, with the ability to understand how strategy drives creativity. Any loyalty or rewards experience will be highly regarded, and a thorough understanding of databases and Marketing Automation platforms is a must. Superior presentation skills, confidence and an enthusiastic attitude are essential.
