- CRM Marketing - Maternity leave placement - Creative and analytical opportunity
A wonderful opportunity for a creative and analytical marketer to join a dedicated marketing team of a large retail brand on a maternity leave contract basis. In this role you’ll work across a broad mix of media channels including eDM, Social, print and call centre to drive campaigns that impact and analyse customer behaviour. In this results driven environment you’ll get exposure a broad cross section of business units, internal stakeholders and external agencies where you’ll collaborate on business objectives, build briefs for creative agencies, work closely with customer data and ensure the seamless delivery of your campaigns. You’ll also be responsible for the ongoing review, evaluation and optimisation of campaigns to improve effectiveness.
This is a great role for an aspiring CRM marketer to move into a data-driven corporate environment and build valuable experience in behaviour-changing campaigns – be it customer value, frequency or category depth. You may come from an agency or corporate background with tertiary qualifications and prior exposure to CRM marketing or marketing automation platforms. You possess a creative flair and are comfortable working closely with creative agencies, but are equally comfortable working with customer data, insights and campaign analysis. Ideally you have 2-3 year prior experience in this space.
