Reporting to the Client Service Director, you will juggle several client accounts including the servicing of senior marketing teams and delivery of insightful presentations and workshops.


-Build and maintain quality relationships with clients, existing and new, always pro-actively offering services as an advisor and professional media consultant

-Mine mostly offline, and some online data for insights and then report and present back to clients to help clients improve the media and campaign performance.

-Efficiently and effectively project manage from client request/brief, budgets, timelines

-Look after a team of Client Service Executives, managing their workflow to successfully deliver on client projects

-Mentor Client Service Executives, offering your expertise and guidance

-Actively participate in internal analysis, WIP and workshop meetings


-3-5 years in a media agency, plan/buy or account services side, media specialist on client side, TV broadcasting or publisher side, or media consultant

-Excellent communication (written and verbal) and people skills

-Ability to multitask and prioritise

-Take initiative and can work autonomously, but also can cultivate a true team environment, lead and manage others well

-Loves numbers, analytical, strong attention to detail

-Innovative approach to find new solutions

-Will challenge the status quo, and not afraid to make recommendations and suggestions

-Intellectually curious and work across multiple industries

-Passionate about the media and marketing communications industry

-TV analytics or campaign experience preferable, and use of any tools such as OzTAM, BCC, Nielsen or Roy Morgan.

-Flexible to travel interstate

-True team player
