Based in St Leonards within our friendly national Client Service team, this role is the first point of contact for our large client base, which includes TV & radio broadcasters, media & creative agencies.
This is a fast paced, customer focused role that will see you involved in a variety of tasks including liaising with clients over the phone & email, monitoring & tracking workflows, trouble shooting, cross selling products as well as invoicing and completing month end processes.
We are looking for someone who will love our clients as much as we do. Building solid relationships and providing best in class customer experience needs to be your key strength. To be successful you will also need:
- Experience in a customer service/sales support/call centre environment
- Understanding of the Broadcast environment would be ideal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Availability to work shifts between the hours of between the hours of 8.30am – 8pm Monday to Friday
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
