A growing Melbourne-based creative services agency seeks a full-time BD & Sales Manager. Focussed on creating valuable brands through unified customer experiences, this agency’s work straddles traditional and new media disciplines.
This is a role for a proven sales professional from the creative services sector who’s networks will take this agency to new places and people. Your focus will be primarily outbound, you will be expected to take this agency’s well-defined offer to the market, and will do so with the full support of the Managing Director, and the backing of a talented, senior creative team.
You are a brilliant, commercially minded person who is creative, innovative and who will work hard to deliver strong sales results through strategic initiatives. Selling the expertise of this agency will be a joy, they are strategic thinking, design-driven professionals who build valuable brands. To this agency, Digital is a channel, you’ll leverage their UI/UX/CX expertise to get to the big ticket item, the brand.
The MD will partner with you to position the agency with your prospects, you’ll be required to convert opportunities regularly and frequently to meet monthly revenue targets. The internal team will farm existing client relationships and work with you to qualify inbound opportunities.
You will join an established team with an appetite for quality projects, not just quantity. An Account Executive will work with you to get your wins into the agency and maintain the consistency of the client experience.
The remuneration package is geared to incentivise you. Aim high and reap the rewards.
