Unique hybrid agency/client-side role working on a major blue-chip financial services brand.
As part of the agency team, you’ll develop, manage and implement a range of advertising campaigns with a skew to Digital & CRM channels. Using data-driven principles, you’ll ensure that all communications deliver measurable results, spanning cross-sell, upsell and acquisition objectives. The work is highly strategic, and will rely on your ability understand insights, using these to drive smart thinking and impactful campaigns. Assisted by an Account Manager, you’ll lead every step of campaign development, from refining the brief through to post-campaign analytics. Key to success in this role is the ability to build very strong client relationships – as you will work unusually closely with the client team, often sharing office space with them.
Your background should include at least five years agency experience, with an exposure to financial services preferred. You’ll need to be organised, detailed and with a deep understanding of how creativity and Digital technology can drive results.
This agency is super impressive – well-established with numerous creative and industry accolades. The team is tight and welcoming, with some great mentors in Melbourne and Sydney. The role is split between the agency and client offices, both located in the CBD.
