This global agency works across creative, digital, media, search and online. They are looking for an Account Director with a passion for marketing who is ready to lead their team to greatness.

The Role

In the role of Account Director you’ll be an excellent communicator and listener. You will be responsible for on boarding new clients. No two days will be the same and you’ll need to be on your toes.  As the Account Director your role will involve but not be limited to:

• Dealing with your UK counterparts and relaying all necessary briefs and information across in a timely manner

• Act as the link between agency and client

• Support and manage your team
• Determine clients needs and transform these into accurate briefs for the UK

• Communicate between clients, team and UK counterparts

• Keep up to date WIP documents and status reports

Skills and Experience

• Proven track record managing and growing a full service account

• Produce financial reports and annual forecasts

• Confidence providing and presenting campaign advice and creative ideas

• Strategic minded, seeing opporutinties to expand and grow the account with a strong understanding of clients marketing and business needs

• Experience managing multiple projects in a timely and efficient manner

• Identify resource requirements as needed

• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
