Miley Cyrus Plays It Safe In New Ad For Converse Sneakers

Miley Cyrus and Converse have unveiled the first TVC to celebrate the collaboration between the pop princess and the sneaker brand.

In June, the 25-year-old Cyrus announced she was collaborating with the iconic US sneaker maker and the ad features shoes designed by Cyrus herself.

For someone better known for her raunch, the ad and the shoes are remarkably girly and would have definite appeal to Cyrus’ teen fan base.

And it’s all for a good cause, too. The range is part of Converse’s Pride collection – the net proceeds of which go to the It Gets Better Project and The Happy Hippie Foundation – two nonprofit groups founded by Cyrus to designed to help homeless LGBTQ young people.
