I thrive on leading teams into new spaces.In 2011 I founded one of the earliest social media teams for internationally awarded agency Leo Burnett and then in 2014 went on to set up social media agency 'Society’ as Managing Director. Nurturing the business from scratch to become a 20+ person, multi-award winning agency, the largest Facebook advertising spender in Australia and proudly empowering my team members to develop new cutting edge products like the innovation of a Branded Content and Native Advertising team.I have developed and led the execution for digital, content and social strategies for a range of brands including Coca-Cola, Smirnoff, Bundaberg Rum, NRMA, Kelloggs, Samsung, MasterCard, GPT, Coles, I Quit Sugar & TEDx.I am also passionate speaker about my field, a regularly published author and I founded the industry support group, “The League of Community Managers” in 2010, currently at 700 members strong and active daily.
