Chief executive officer of Commercial Radio Australia, Joan Warner said: “As radio celebrates 40 years of talkback, it is fitting that we recognise that the industry owes a great deal to those who have worked so tirelessly across the country to ensure that radio continues to be accessible and meaningful to Australians. Whether they have worked in the technological side of radio or as a broadcaster, we are all in their debt.”
