Online advertising network Post Click has entered into partnership with business-to-business publisher Reed Business Information (RBI) to drive sales across its three web directories Hot Frog, Ferret and Info Link.
Hot Frog is a free online business directory, launched with the purpose of generating targeted sales leads for businesses. It launched in May 2005 and currently has about 1.5m Australian businesses listed.
Ferret is an online manufacturing and industrial products and services information resource, which provides a central online source containing the latest product, company and industry news updates. Similar to Ferret, Infolink was developed for the Architecture industry and is a source of building and construction information that offers news, product offerings and industry news relevant to the sector.
Andy Reeves, commercial director of Hot Frog said: “The partnership between RBI’s online division Catch and Post Click makes sense on many levels, the incorporation of our sites to Post Click’s existing SME business channel has created Australia’s largest SME business’s channel, which is proving a very attractive proposition for advertisers.
“In addition we feel that Post Click has the right team, the right focus and the right reputation within the market to capitalise on the opportunity this partnership creates for all involved,” he said.
RBI, which also publishes B&T, is the Australian arm of global publishing company Reed Elsevier.
