Fantastic outdoor: Twentieth Century Fox uses new technology

Twentieth Century Fox has launched a dynamic outdoor campaign to promote its latest blockbuster film The Fantastic Four that takes advantage of a new outdoor technique.

The campaign uses the “day night’ technology provided by MetroMedia Technologies using a backlit site to create a billboard that changes with the sun goes down.

It highlights the powers of one of the central characters of the film, the Invisible Woman—during the day there is a glowing silhouette space next to the other characters but at night she become visible.

Twentieth Century Fox Film had to provide MMT with two separate artwork files to create the illusion.

Twentieth Century Fox Film Distributors national ad manager Leonie Davies, said the technology was able to “bring the film to life”.
