M&C Saatchi’s new TV commercial for charitable organisation, The Shepherd Centre, powerfully tugs at the heart strings as it takes the viewer into the world of a deaf child for a few seconds.
The Shepherd Centre is a charity which began in 1970 helping deaf and hearing impaired children learn to listen and speak.
The simple ad shows the child first watching some television and then leaving his house with his mum and getting into the family car. A super at the end asks people to “Help them hear our world” and refers viewers to the organisation’s web site.
