Snickers has continued the “You’re Not You When You’re Hungry” tagline with a new Super Bowl ad featuring actor Willem Dafoe.

The ad is created by BBDO New York features Dafoe (known for his work in Wes Anderson’s The Grand Budapest Hotel, as well as Lars von Trier’s film Antichrist and Nymphomaniac) mimicking the classic Marilyn Monroe scene in the 1955 film The Seven Year Itch. 

“I have to admit,” said Dafoe. “Playing a Hollywood bombshell is a new challenge for me. But as a huge fan of Marilyn Monroe I just couldn’t resist the opportunity to take a walk in her shoes and famous white dress.”

Snickers is an official NFL sponsor- the ad will be played before, during and after Super Bowl 50.
