Traffika Appoints Nicole Seaman As Corporate Business Director

Traffika has appointed Nicole Seaman as the corporate business director in order to expand its portfolio of corporate clients.

Seaman’s role will see her building relationships within Traffika’s key corporate retail and franchise markets, raising Traffika’s profile, developing strategies and solutions and acquiring new clients in line with the agency’s ambitious growth targets.

Seaman’s knowledge in defining sales strategies has been developed over seven years of digital agency experience, including various client-facing roles at WME and STEAK in Melbourne. Her thorough understanding of digital marketing will see her develop highly effective and integrated strategies for clients.

“Nicole has acquired an immense amount of experience in the digital sector on both the client and agency side,” Traffika Australia CEO Andrew Lane said.

“Her knowledge of digital channels, business development, building brands and driving success through a strategic approach coupled with consistent delivery on her financial targets made her stand out. Her ability to motivate her teams to achieve strong sales growth has been proven time and time again.”

Clients that Nicole has acquired and worked with in the past include EnergyAustralia, Big W, Betstar and Puma, AGL, realestateVIEW, Europcar, Best Western, Big4 Parks, Clive Peters, Angus & Robertson, Liquorland and Vintage Cellars.

“The culture created by our founder is the most exciting and rewarding part of my role. After working in lots of organisations of various sizes previously, I knew the successful ones were those that had a ‘soul’ and a strong culture. I can see that Nicole is a great team player who enjoys work and life in equal measures,” Lane added.

Nicole has a Bachelor of Business Marketing, majoring in Marketing and Human Resources from Swinburne University of Technology.
