Ryan will lead the agency’s design and content teams, working across a range of clients, including Melbourne Airport, NAB, Deakin University, Devondale Murray Goulburn, Baiada, and Visit Victoria.
He was most recently the design director for The BIO Agency in London, where he oversaw design and creative services for global clients, including Savills and British Airways.
Hardhat co-founder and managing director Justin Kabbani said: “Reece is exactly the person we’ve been looking for to join the team on this next exciting chapter of growth. His approach and experience really compliment the way we think and will help propel us forward at this important juncture.”
Commenting on his new role, Ryan said: “After taking some time to scope the Melbourne scene, I’m excited to be joining an agency with a truly progressive approach to digital innovation that is underpinned by strong client relationships, working methodologies and a real sense of culture.
“I’m looking forward to working in with the very talented team and helping to drive our creative endeavours into the future.”
