McCann Queensland has announced the appointment Phillippa Netolicky (pictured) as its new managing director, following a 16-month stint as general manager of the agency.
Netolicky has been a driving force in the growth of McCann’s Queensland office as general manager, increasing full-time staff by 200 per cent since January 2016.
She joined McCann in 2010 as an art director, before being promoted to creative director, general manager and now managing director.
Ben Lilley, CEO and chairman, McCann Worldgroup, said: “Netolicky’s role as managing director ensures the ongoing growth and continued success of McCann Queensland.
“Her passion and drive for creative invention, along with her strategic management skills, will help to deliver a new era of cutting-edge work for our clients in Queensland, and we’re thrilled to have her at the helm.”
Commenting on her new role, Netolicky said: “There’s a real momentum building within our team, and I’m proud of the growth and wins we’ve had in the last year.
“As managing director, this is an exciting opportunity to lead the team into the next phase of innovative client work and agency achievement.”
