PHD Australia has breathed a sigh of relief after holding on to PepsiCo’s media account for Australia and New Zealand following a comprehensive review which involved GroupM’s Mindshare.

A PepsiCo spokesperson said the beverage and snack food giant was impressed with the calibre of responses from both agencies.

“We are pleased to confirm that PepsiCo will be retaining PHD as its media agency,” the spokesperson said.

“We believe they have the right team and a strong approach, and we look forward to continuing to work together.”

B&T reached out to PHD’s new business and marketing manager, Chloe Hooper, for comment. However, she was “not in a position to comment at this stage”.
