Parody “Honest Government Advert” Mocks Aussie Politicians

There’s a new parody ad on the market this weekend that claims to depict the brutally honest truth of Australia, mocking the Australian Government at the same time.

The ad, uploaded on Saturday by The Juice Media – a media organisation that says it depicts the true views to restore faith – shows the bleached and destroyed Great Barrier Reef, Scott Ludlam’s hair and the Government’s thoughts on climate change.

The ad, ‘Visit Australia’, replicates the feel of other governmental tourism ads with the beginning imagery, but takes a satirical turn rather quickly.

“The Strayan government released this ad today promoting tourism, and it’s surprisingly honest and informative,” the YouTube description reads.
