Sarah Forsterling has been appointed to lead ntegrity’s newest Digital Transformation Service line, helping to propel the agency into leading bold and daring transformation of Australian brands.

Digital transformation specialist, Forsterling was poached from Australia in 2013 to lead Microsoft’s Latin America Yammer team after working across the Asia Pacific region, where she pioneered digital collaborations for organisations such as Telstra, Coles, NAB, Bimbo, Alsea and Coca Cola FEMSA.

Now back in Australia, she has been quickly snapped up by ntegrity to head up its most cutting-edge service line at a pivotal time, not just for the agency which has been appointed to the Digital Service Professionals panel of the Digital Transformation Office, but for the entire industry pushing toward nation-wide digital transformation.

“I am so excited to join ntegrity and lead a service that, although talked about considerably, is not being offered holistically yet in Australia,” Forsterling said.

“With an abundance of opportunities to work in digital, ntegrity and I are the perfect fit. Not only are they are an award-winning agency delivering cutting-edge digital services to their clients, but they understand what digital transformation truly means for companies.”

Having defined herself as a one-of-a-kind transformation specialist in an emerging field, Forsterling has consulted management, executives, education institutions, and not-for-profits on transforming their organisations from the inside out with great success.

ntegrity’s founder and managing director, Richenda Vermeulen, added, “Sarah is a digital transformation expert in a landscape where many inaccurately confuse digital strategy with digital transformation.

“As a true expert, Sarah understands the integration of leading strategy, with the right tools and the right culture to drive results.  We’re excited to have her lead our newest service line, as there’s no one better equipped.”

Forsterling said, “It is the internal piece missing for so many clients to execute their digital strategy, to make that mindset shift to a people centric culture, leverage technology and deliver game changing results for their customers. To be able to lead this new service, with such a high performing team that is uniquely positioned to lead the change is exciting indeed.”

Forsterling will lead the ntegrity team in building digital transformation into its existing service lines of audit, digital strategy and empowerment, while launching brand new products that include culture hacking, team architecture building, bespoke transformation plans, leadership workshops and skills training to ensure you have the culture needed to scale to the next level.
