This Is NOT ‘Australia’s Biggest Wanker’

Jarryd Zankovic, senior art director at Play Communications, has been the victim of a shocking troll attack on Reddit sparked by some spineless git who posted a very tongue-in-cheek interview with B&T.

The 28-year-old was willing to take part in a photo shoot for the August/September issue of B&T called ‘Industry Fashionista’. The photo essay was a celebration of quirky dressers who spend a little more time than most on curating their own look and style.

As an industry that is driven by creativity we need to get behind those who wander from the straight and narrow. When a young man who’s at the top of his game is flamed by such a bunch of jealous bastards, it is truly an indictment on society.

I implore each of you to jump on Reddit or comment below with #TeamJarryd and tell Jarryd that you think he’s great and that he ought to be proud of who he is.

It needs to be pointed out that Zankovic was named as one of B&T’s 30 under 30; an achievement that is no mean feat and one that puts him at the top of our industry.

Despite what the faceless haters say Zankovic is not a wanker, but someone with a great sense of humour, a sense of styles and trends, a sense of himself and a great sense of purpose.

Anyone of the people in our photo spread could have been targeted, unfortunately for Zankovic, it was him. The entire piece, like most of what you read in B&T was a celebration of individuality and fun.

Lend your support to him and tell the trolls to fuck off.
