Lisa Ramsey Leaves The Monkeys To Join Channel T As Sydney MD

Strategic communications agency Channel T has boosted its leadership team with the appointment of Lisa Ramsey as managing director for Sydney.

Working alongside partner and executive creative director Peter Cerny, and creative director Marrianne Little, Ramsey will be responsible for driving creative and results for existing Sydney-based clients Hungry Jack’s and 3M, as well as growing Channel T’s Sydney client base.

Ramsey joins Channel T from The Monkeys, where she was head of account management and part of the agency’s management team. Prior to that, Ramsey was part of BMF’s management team for 12 years.

Paul Rhodes, group managing director at Channel T, said Ramsey brings strong leadership to the agency’s Sydney office and a genuine passion for great ideas, underpinned by sound strategic thinking.

“Lisa joined us only recently, and we are already seeing very positive outcomes with existing and new clients,” he said.

“We are absolutely delighted to have Lisa on board.”

Commenting on her new role, Ramsey said: “I’ve been fortunate to have worked alongside great creative leaders who also happen to be really good people.

“It’s that creative passion, the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic Australian and global brands, together with growing the Sydney business in a broader role, that has attracted me to Channel T.”
