Interpublic Group’s 303 MullenLowe has announced the appointment of Western Australian creatives Melita Masters and Bianca Galan-Dwyer to its team.

Masters (pictured above, left) and Galan-Dwyer (pictured above, right) joined forces in 2016 at The Brand Agency, quickly establishing themselves as a first-rate creative duo with their multi-award-winning campaign ‘Let’s Thursday Like We Friday’ for the City of Perth.

They have 15 years’ experience between them and have worked across a wide range of clients including Bankwest, MSWA, UWA, the Mental Health Commission, and the Road Safety Commission.

Commenting on the appointments, 303 MullenLowe ECD Richard Berney said: “The moment I saw the ‘Let’s Thursday Like We Friday’ campaign, I looked up who was behind it.

“That was my favourite campaign last year because it was such a difficult sell, and it was done with such sticky panache – a dish I’m looking forward to seeing served up as part of every 303 project from here on in.”

Commenting on her appointment, Masters said: “It’s exciting to start a new era with Richard and the team at 303 MullenLowe. Bianca and I are both thrilled to join this bunch of talented folk who have long been an inspiration for us.”
