Interpublic-owned agency 303 MullenLowe has announced it has expanded its creative team in Sydney with the appointment of two senior creatives and a copywriter.
Mike Burdick (pictured above, right) has joined as a senior creative from The Monkeys. He has also worked at agencies such as 180LA, Fallon Minneapolis, Saatchi LA, and Publicis Mojo.
David Roberts (pictured above, middle) joins 303 MullenLowe as associate creative director after four years at TBWA Sydney, where he held the same title working on brands like RaboDirect, MJ Bale, Gatorade and Foxtel. Prior to TBWA, Roberts was part of Us Sydney (now JOY).
Nicola McCooe (pictured above, left) has joined the agency as a copywriter. A top 10 student at Award School, she interned at Ogilvy & Mather before stints at Clemenger BBDO, iris Worldwide and whiteGrey.
Richard Morgan, executive creative director at 303 MullenLowe in Sydney, said: “With three new writers of this calibre on board, it’s possible they could invent an entirely new language. We’re recruiting the best talent to help us create a culture where newer talent can flourish.
“Mike is a globally-awarded, true and proven creative whose work has even been recognised by TED’s Ads Worth Spreading.
“Dave has a real passion for PR-led ideas and will help us grow our capabilities in that space, while Nicola is an exciting talent with a bright future.
“Together, they bring an eclectic mix of interests and strengths to our team.”
