Giant Billboard Erected Next To Tesla Factory Wants Musk To “Dump Trump”

A giant billboard has been erected opposite battery giant Tesla’s Californian factory demanding its billionaire owner, Elon Musk, end his apparent support for President Trump.

The billboard reads “Elon: Please Dump Trump” and was erected and paid for by an anonymous anti-Trump group called Resist.

Musk, who has not publicly commented on the sign, sits on Trump’s newly formed business advisory council and manufacturing jobs initiative. Musk has also visited the White House and been photographed with Trump.

It has been reported a number of US customers cancelled orders of their Model 3 Tesla cars following Trump’s attempts to ban Muslims travelling to the country.

The outdoor firm behind the billboard, Clear Channel Outdoor, added that the message did not reflect its views.
