The award-winning pair, who worked with Coll previously at Droga5, will join the agency in the role of associate creative directors.

Bolton and Packham have known each other since school, and have worked together on some of Australia’s biggest brands, including Qantas and Woolworths. At Droga5 they were responsible for Qantas Frequent Flyer’s ‘Stories For Every Journey’, and have been widely awarded at One Show, D&AD and Cannes.

After a stint in London, the creative duo return from the UK having just launched the highly regarded ‘Teddies’ ad for Heathrow Airport, which received over 67 million views in its first week. The British media have described it as the ad ‘putting the smile back on Britain’s face after Brexit’.

WiTH Collective chief creative officer, Steve Coll, said, “It’s hard to imagine hiring two nicer, more talented people than Dan and Barn. I’ve been in touch with the fellas throughout their stay in London as I’d always hoped to work with them again.

“They have a great understanding of some of our key clients, and they are relentless in the pursuit of great work. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them both at Droga, and I’m delighted they have chosen to join WiTH.”

Bolton and Packham said, “We’re excited by the way WiTH is shaping itself differently and can’t wait to work with Steve again. We believe it’s an agency with a bright future, and are very thankful for the opportunity.”

Justin Hind, WiTH Collective CEO said, “We’re delighted to have hired a team of the calibre of Dan and Barnaby. They are a great cultural fit, and they’ll be a key part of an agency that’s constantly evolving to face the future of advertising.”
