The Conversion Group Bolsters Leadership, Adds Tim Rozea As Partner

Following a series of client wins, The Conversion Group has bolstered its ranks with the appointment of ex-Channel 5 managing partner Tim Rozea, who will lead the agency’s creative offer.

The Conversion Group, founded just six months ago by ex-Channel 5 and Test Drive directors Michael Cromer & Wayne Dagg, has been building great momentum, adding clients such as Colgate Palmolive, Wrigley, Cerebos, Sunbeam, Nestle and Goodman Fielder to the business.

Michael Cromer said, “With the growth we’ve experienced, we recognised the need to bolster our leadership. We’re thrilled to have Tim on board.

“There are few people in this industry with Tim’s mix of experience and strategic capability – especially in the retail space. He’s led a lot of commercially successful work in the past, and we’re very excited that he’s now a permanent part of the team here.”

Rozea said, “It’s great to be joining the team here as a partner. I’m passionate about helping clients produce not only creatively inspiring work, but ultimately commercially successful work.  The Conversion Group presents a fantastic opportunity to continue doing this with a great group of clients, working with a great team.”
