Clemenger BBDO Melbourne Wins Top Ranking At Spikes Asia

At this year’s Spikes Asia ceremony, Clemenger BBDO Melbourne was awarded the top ranked agency in Australia and number two for the Asia Pacific.

The Clemenger Melbourne agency picked up 25 Spikes, including two Grand Prix and eight Golds for five clients across 7 categories.

Clemenger BBDO Melbourne CEO, Nick Garratt said, “Producing great work that works for our clients is always our goal and I am delighted with this result. It’s a great testament to the energy and momentum in the agency at the moment. Congrats also to Colenso for pipping us to number one.”

Known in Asia as the region’s most prestigious awards for creative communications, James McGrath, creative chairman of Clemenger BBDO Australia commented, “It is fantastic to see Australia back on the international stage and is testament to brave modern ideas that have delivered tangible results.”

With this year having a record-breaking 5,132 entries received across 20 awards and with two new Spikes for – Music and Digital Craft – it was a good year for BBDO all round as they also took home the ‘network of the year’ title for 2016.
