Bigfoot Fundraising To Help Charities Innovate Marketing Programs

Hands puting coins into donation box: Donate money charity concept

Bigfoot Fundraising has launched to help charities innovate their fundraising and marketing programs.

Bigfoot will bring innovation and best practice approaches from the charity and commercial sectors to fundraising teams of all sizes and budgets.

Jeremy Bennett is an experienced fundraiser and marketer who has worked for charity and commercial organisations in Australia, the UK and Asia.

After returning to Australia from the UK, where he’d helped leading homelessness charity, Shelter UK raise £2.3 million in their most successful Christmas campaign, he saw opportunity for our local sector to innovate in order to engage better with donors.

Since that time, he has helped World Animal Protection, Amnesty International Australia and Amnesty International Taiwan improve their fundraising programs with new approaches to digital, SMS, video and more.

To engage supporters for Amnesty International Australia, Jeremy put users in the shoes of a civilian in war-torn Syria by introducing the first use of Virtual Reality for street fundraising by an Australian charity, as well as a new format for mobile advertising with the world’s first 360° interactive banner ad in 2016.

Inspired to help more charities make a bigger impact in their fundraising to achieve their missions of making the world a better place, he has launched his consultancy, Bigfoot Fundraising, to fill a gap in the market: bringing innovation and best practice approaches from the charity and commercial sectors to fundraising teams of all sizes and budgets.

Bigfoot Fundraising specialises in five key areas: strategy, digital, engagement, innovation and resourcing. More information at www.bigfootfundraising.com.au

Bigfoot Fundraising is launching on Tuesday, 4 December.
