BBC Advertising Boosts Programmatic Investment With New Hire

BBC Advertising’s Australia and New Zealand division has bolstered its efforts in programmatic with the appointment of Luke Fox as its new programmatic account manager.

Fox joins BBC Advertising from Dentsu Aegis Network, where he worked in a variety of roles involving programmatic products, media partnerships and planning.

Prior to his time at Dentsu, Fox worked as a brand display product specialist and partnerships executive at Amne. He also worked as a digital executive and business coordinator at Carat.

Jamie Chambers, BBC Advertising’s regional director for Australia and New Zealand, said Fox brings a wealth of programmatic buy-side experience from his time at Amnet.

“He will play in key role in ensuring buyers have access to premium inventory available across BBC.com, TopGear.com and BBCGoodFood.com – some of Australia and New Zealand’s biggest and most trusted digital platforms in their respective genres,” he said.

Fox said in a statement that he was looking forward to building on the existing momentum of programmatic advertising within BBC.

“Being in the position to work with such highly trusted and premium properties, especially as the market is trading more and more brand dollars via programmatic channels, is particularly inspiring,” he said.
