Adstream Aquires Deluxe AdServices Business

Adstream has announced it has acquired Deluxe Entertainment Services Group AdServices business, adding to its long list of existing offerings.

Deluxe has provided advertising management and delivery solutions to agencies and brands in the media and ad world through its AdServices business, and this acquisition complements the company’s existing Digital Asset Management services in North America.

Former Deluxe AdServices SVP operations Matthew Ruffi has joined Adstream as COO for North America.

“This is a significant step that will expand our DAM and delivery business in the North American market and drive our growth globally,” Adstream CEO Gerry Sutton said.

“The expanded company will have a notable advantage in servicing key US and global clients. We look forward to working with the new team, clients and existing partners in providing exceptional service and value to the market.”

The Adstream Technology Platform allows agencies and brands to collaborate, review and store all forms of marketing content as well as delivery across multiple channels in a single system.

Deluxe AdServices is a household name in the US advertising delivery market, and this year will deliver between 10 and 20 per cent of all Super Bowl spots to be aired during the game.

“This is an exciting next step for the team,” Ruffi added. “Adstream is a fast-growing global business and offers significant opportunities for us to provide even more value to our clients both domestically and globally.”
