The Association for Data-Driven Marketing and Advertising (ADMA) has revealed that Ben Sharp has resigned as managing director after just two weeks in the role.

Sharp, who was formerly the managing director of AdRoll, was announced in March as the replacement for Jodie Sangster at ADMA.

Steve Brennen, chairman of the Australian Alliance for Data Leadership, said in a statement to B&T that “ADMA and Ben Sharp have agreed to part ways, effectively immediately”.

“All ADMA operations remain under the competent guidance of AADL acting CEO, Steve Sinha, until we appoint a replacement managing director for ADMA. We wish Ben well in his future endeavours,” Brennen said.

“ADMA has an exciting future ahead and we look forward to sharing further updates in due course.”
