The founders of branded entertainment and sponsorship agency Ensemble have been promoted to new management roles following the agency’s growth.
Justin Ricketts (pictured left), who has been managing director of Ensemble since it was founded in Sydney in March 2010, is now CEO of Ensemble Australia, a new position.
And Tim Hodgson has been appointed Ensemble’s national managing director, a promotion from his current role as general manager of Ensemble Sydney.
Ensemble has expanded from its Sydney roots to also have an office in Melbourne. The agency has a national staff of 25 people.
Henry Tajer, executive chairman of IPG Mediabrands Australia, which owns Ensemble, said: “Justin has provided Ensemble and its clients with great leadership and entrepreneurial skills since he started the business with Tim Hodgson and it is a remarkable success story.
“Tim has been at the heart of Ensemble’s growth and he is a great management partner for Justin. They are a highly effective management team with complementary skills.”
Lauren Joyce, Ensemble’s national strategy director, has also expanded her portfolio to manage a team of three, concentrating on strategy development for clients in both offices.
